Minibus

We have a 17 seat (16 Passengers + driver) which is available to loan by other Scout Groups / Guides and Charities.

Please note the conditions of use:

  • A donation of £50 / day is required.
  • Drivers must have a valid “D1” Licence.
  • Drivers must be over the age of 21 and under 70 years.
  • Your organisation must have their own Section 19 permit. This must be in the name of your organisation, E.G. 1st North Wallington, Mellows Explorers etc.
  • In the event of an accident user is responsible for the insurance excess, currently £500 (but may change).
  • User is responsible for payment of all fines, congestion charges Etc.
    (Note bus is ULEZ compliant).
  • Please check TFL charges here. Use registration CU18 LDF.
  • Bus is registered for the Dartford Crossing and charge will automatically be paid please ensure you add this amount to your bill.
  • Minibus is to be returned in a clean condition.
  • Minibus is to be returned with a full tank of diesel, please fill up regardless even if you do a minimal amount of miles.
  • Stop filling with diesel as soon as pump stops, do not try and squeeze any more in, i.e. DO NOT round up to nearest pound.
  • When returning minibus please always drive into hall grounds forwards.
  • Breakdowns are covered by The AA, please see documentation in bus.
  • Bus must be returned clean, inside and out.
  • Bus is not allowed to use the right-hand lane of a motorway with three or more lanes.
  • A Trailer must not be towed, without written permisison from 1NW.
  • Driver must perform a walkround safety check of vehcle before driving.
  • Please complete usage log in minibus at start and end of use.

Driver’s details and driving licence
